Whole Chicken (1.7-2.1kg) - Organically-fed, Pasture-raised

These are our delicious whole chickens! They started life at our friends Windout Farm and we took them on as day old chicks, raising them in our broodery for the first 2.5 weeks before moving them onto pasture for the rest of their lives. They were fed a certified organic grain feed to supplement the various bugs and seeds they were able to forage from the pastures. It's important to us that the chickens we keep are able to express their unique behaviours - the chickeness of the chicken - which is why they need room to roam around on fresh grass looking for goodies!
