Whiddon Organic Ultimate Beef Box

Whiddon Organic is a regenerative organic beef, sheep and arable farm just outside Exeter, producing some of the finest beef in the region! Our friends Simon, Ru and James work on the farm and we're very excited to be selling their beef through our food hub... It will have hung for 28 days to get the flavours going, so it's gonna be tasty!! Buying a box is the best value option and you'll just need a bit of freezer space, so defrost all the stuff that you don't need in there!
A beef box is approx 12kgs (weights are estimated) and includes:
- a "Low and slow" Rib joint (2kgs)
- a pack of Ribeye steaks (500g),
- pack of Sirloin steaks (500g),
- pack of Rump steak (500g),
- two Topsides (1.5kg each),
- one Brisket (1.5kg),
- three packs Stewing steak (500g each),
- a pack of Osso Bucco (shin of beef on the bone - 750g),
- four packs Beef Mince (500g each)
Our price is the equivalent of Sainsbury's Value prices for individual cuts (Their prices for these cuts and weights were £206.77 on 2nd March 2026!)
