Whiddon Organic is a regenerative organic beef, sheep and arable farm just outside Exeter, producing some of the finest beef in the region! Our friends Simon, Ru and James work on the farm and we're very excited to be selling their beef through our food hub... It has been hung for 28 days to get the flavours going, so it's very tasty!!
The Topsides are approx 1.5kg and are priced similarly to Sainsburies Organic and lower than Riverford.
The best way to cook them is fast using the 20, 20, 20 method:
- 20 mins in a hot oven (200 degrees fan),
- then 20 mins per kg in cooler oven (170 degrees fan)
- 20 mins resting
