Whiddon Organic is a regenerative organic beef, sheep and arable farm just outside Exeter, producing some of the finest beef in the region! Our friends Simon, Ru and James work on the farm and we're very excited to be selling their beef through our food hub... It has been hung for 28 days to get the flavours going, so it's very tasty!!
The Briskets are approx 1.6kg and are priced similarly to Sainsburies Organic and lower than Riverford.
The best way to cook them is slowly in wine or stock... delicious!
