Whiddon Organic is a regenerative organic beef, sheep and arable farm just outside Exeter, producing some of the finest beef in the region! Our friends Simon, Ru and James work on the farm and we're very excited to be selling their beef through our food hub... It has been hung for 28 days to get the flavours going, so it's very tasty!!
The mince comes in packs of c530g which is larger than the usual supermarket pack (350-400g) and that's why it sounds more expensive than usual! It is in fact priced at the same as Sainsburies Organic, despite the fact it is superior!
